Your email address is your unique identifier in the LeaderPass app.
When you place an order, regardless of whether you bought your pass from LeaderPass directly or from an event producer separately, the email you used at checkout is how we know who you are.
Remembering the email you use at checkout is extremely important because the LeaderPass platform automatically sets up your account under that email address. This is also how LeaderPass will communicate with you if you ever buy more than one pass, or if you have any problems using the LeaderPass platform along the way.
If you cannot remember the email address you used, or if at any point your primary email address changes and your old account becomes unavailable to you, please reach out to our support team by submitting a service ticket.
