Our users will sometimes find themselves unable to get past the initial sign up form at https://app.leaderpass.com. After creating a password, users will not be taken into their accounts as they should be but will instead be brought back to the same sign up form.
This phenomenon usually indicates a firewall blockage or browser issue on the user’s end. Here’s how we recommend our users troubleshoot these issues:
- Try a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge
- Switch to an incognito window
- If you have the option to, use another device and/or Wi-Fi network to access LeaderPass
- If you still have trouble, it is more than likely a firewall — particularly if you are viewing this at work or on a company device. If you believe this to be the case, please contact IT and have them 'whitelist' www.leaderpass.com. In the meantime, you can use your phone’s LTE data to access your account.
If you continue to have trouble past this point, the best path of action is to contact our support team by submitting a service ticket.
