The email you used during checkout is your unique identifier in the LeaderPass app.
When you place an order, regardless of whether you bought your Pass from LeaderPass directly or from an event producer separately, the email you used at checkout is how we know it's you.
The LeaderPass platform automatically sets up your account under that email address. Therefore, you must use the same email you used at checkout, when you are setting up your LeaderPass account for the first time.
This is also how LeaderPass will communicate with you if you ever buy more than one Pass, or if you have any problems using the LeaderPass platform along the way.
